About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About referendum"

Article 1. In article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About referendum" (on September 12, 2001, ZR-225, further – the Law):

a) state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) considers applications and protests on decisions, actions and failure to act of the public commissions according to the procedure, established by the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia;";

b) state the subitem "zh" in the following edition:

"g) exercises control of use of the funds of the government budget allocated for preparation and holding referendum;".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

a) in subitems "b", "d" and "n" shall be replaced with words the word "areas" "district electoral commission";

b) state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

Article 3. In article 13 of the Law:

a) to declare the subitem "an" of Item 1 invalid;

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Powers of the precinct election commission stop in 7 days after entry into force of the resolution of the Central commission on referendum results.".
