I. General provisions

1. This provision is developed according to the orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 581 of August 17, 1995 "On regulation of separate types of activity in the Republic of Moldova", N277 of March 24, 1997 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" and N305 "About Organizational, Legal and Administrative Measures on Fight against Evasion from the Taxation and Financial Violations when Importing Gasoline and Diesel Fuel" and establishes procedure and conditions of licensing for the right of implementation of the following types of activity:

a) import of motor gasoline and diesel fuel;

b) trade and storage of motor gasoline and diesel fuel.

2. The license for implementation of the types of activity listed in item 1 of this provision is issued based on tender by the Ministry of Finance.

3. The license for activities in the field of import, trade and storage of motor gasoline and diesel fuel is issued for certain term and is the official document by which the capability and the right of its owner to perform these types of activity in the conditions providing to customers the high-quality level and reliability according to the current legislation is confirmed.

4. Consideration of the applications about receipt of licenses is performed by the tender committee approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance.

5. Without license business entities bear responsibility according to the current legislation for implementation of the above-stated types of activity.
