About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" concerning production incentive of heat energy from alternative energy sources

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 28, Art. 373 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To replace the paragraph of the seventh Article 13 with three new paragraphs of the following content:

"Establishment for all categories of consumers of rates for heat energy and rates for production of heat energy (except rates for the heat energy made on combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and cogeneration installations) according to the procedure and the limits determined by the legislation;

quarterly promulgation of the consumers of rates for the heat energy developed on installations with use of alternative energy sources established for all categories (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and cogeneration installations);

review on own initiative and/or according to the address of the subject of managing of rates for the heat energy developed on installations with use of alternative energy sources (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and cogeneration installations), but no more once a quarter".

With respect thereto the eighth and ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the tenth and eleventh.
