the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of September 30, 2005 No. 87 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of oil products through bulk distribution lines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 21, 2005 for No. 1244/11524;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of September 30, 2005 No. 88 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on oil transportation on bulk distribution lines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 21, 2005 for No. 1245/11525.
2. To development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy (Semenikhin V. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
