About modification of Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission

For the purpose of optimization of work of the Eurasian economic commission the Supreme Eurasian economic council solved:

1. Bring in the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:

a) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Meetings of Council are held, as a rule, monthly, on the second Friday of month. If necessary before meeting of Council in internal format expert meetings concerning the agenda of meeting of Council can be held.";

b) in Item 31 of the word "At Meetings of Council Are Considered" shall be replaced with words "Council considers";

c) state Items 38 and 39 in the following edition:

"38. Decisions of Council are drawn up in 1 copy (except for the decisions made during video conference and by correspondence voting) on forms in the form established by rules of internal document flow in the Commission.

39. Decisions of Council are signed by members of council during the meeting.

The last pages of appendices to decisions of Council are certified by signatures of the Chairman of the board and Chairman of Board.";

d) add the Section II with subsection 7 of the following content:

"7. Adoption of acts of Council by correspondence voting

45.1. The act of Council can be adopted without holding meeting (joint presence of members of council for discussion and vote on the questions included in the agenda) by correspondence voting.

45.2. The list of questions on which it is offered to adopt acts of Council by correspondence voting (further - the list for correspondence voting) is created by the Chairman of Board from among questions, drafts of acts on which are approved by Board and concerning which there are no notes of state members represented to meetings of Board.

45.3. In case of adoption of acts of Council by correspondence voting they are drawn up in the number of copies corresponding to number of members of council.
