About entering of amendment into the Law of Turkmenistan "About Border troops of Turkmenistan"

I. Add article 6 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About Border troops of Turkmenistan", adopted on May 4, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 20), part of the following content:

"5. The charters of Border troops on protection of Frontier of Turkmenistan determining application of structural units of Border troops of Turkmenistan, and also the ships (motor boats), airplanes, helicopters, the equipment and other forces and means according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan, affirm the Chief of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan - the Commander of Border troops of Turkmenistan.

The regulations regulating actions of Border troops of Turkmenistan for search and detention of violators of Frontier (troublemakers), reflection of armed attacks, prevention of the armed and other provocations can be provided in Charters of Border troops on protection of Frontier of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
