About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan

"Article 44-1. Change of cognizance of cases of cassation instance

In case of circumstances, stipulated in Article the 27th of this Code, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan or the vice-chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan has the right to change cognizance of cases of cassation instance if on it there is consent of the parties or one of them.".

2. To state item 4 of part two of Article 387 in the following edition:

"4) on resolutions of Presidium and the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan - on the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
