1. In Article 13.2.1 after words of "the termination of term" to add with words "and if the judgment is subject to immediate execution, - from the next day after its removal".

2. In Article 19.2 of the word "the relevant court" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding executive official or court, or the head of executive service who suspended production according to articles 21.1 and 21.2 of this Law".

3. Exclude Article 19. 3, 22 and 23.6.

4. Under Article 20:

4.1. in the name after the word "bases" to add with the words "and procedure";

4.2. add with Articles 20.2-20.8 of the following content:

"20.2. The executive official issues the motivated decree on cessation of production according to the executive document. Having checked this resolution, the head of executive structure approves it and within 3 days sends to its copy to the parties, and also the court or other body which issued the executive document.

20.3. After pronouncement by the executive official of the resolution on cessation of production it is not allowed to carry out any executive actions for production.
