Article 1

1.1. Under Article 53.2:

1.1.1. in the second offer of figure "500" to replace with figures "5000";

1.1.2. add with the third offer of the following content:

"Rules of the organization of sale of the described property of the taxpayer according to article 90 of the Tax Code of the Azerbaijan Republic in retail chain stores (including in retail chain stores in which sale is performed electronically) are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";
