According to the Law of Ukraine of December 8, 2015 to No. 867-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation in agro-industrial complex", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119, Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I order:

1. Bring in Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, the transportations within the country, export and production of wooden packaging material approved by the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of December 22, 2005 No. 731, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2006 on No. 62/11936 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 3:

to state paragraph two of Item 3.2 in the following edition:

"The drying cameras for heat treatment of wood of wooden packaging material and/or the place equipped for performing disinfecting (fumigation) (MB)";

in paragraph one of Item 3.3 of the word "territorial authority of Gosvetfitosluzhby of Ukraine (The main state phytosanitary inspection, the state phytosanitary inspection of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the state phytosanitary inspections in areas)" shall be replaced with words "head department of Gosprodpotrebsluzhby in the area";
