1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2010 No. 1235 "About approval of the list of services in repair of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of state members of custom union including its recovery, replacement of components which turnovers on realization are exempted from the value added tax in custom union" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 2, by the Art. 20) the following amendment:
the list of services in repair of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of state members of custom union including its recovery, replacement of components which turnovers on realization are exempted from the value added tax in custom union, approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Services in repair of self-moving underwater shells (torpedoes) and the equipment (products) of ship hydraulics imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of state members of custom union including its recovery, replacement of components.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
