For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of realization of the stimulating grants and taking measures directed to creation and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of local government bodies according to articles 2 and 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on selection and financing of projects at the expense of the equity (stimulating) grants and the Instruction for preparation and projects implementation" of April 21, 2015 No. 230 the following changes and amendments:

- in the name and in all text of the word of "the equity (stimulating) grants" shall be replaced with words "the stimulating (equity) grants";

- state preamble in the following edition:
