About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility of the military personnel and other persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 15:

the fourth after words "the military personnel of conscription service" to add part with words and figures "and also making of the military administrative offenses provided by Chapter 13-B of this Code by them";

in part five of the word "Military Personnel Bears Responsibility for Making of Military Administrative Offences" shall be replaced with words "For making of military administrative offenses the military personnel, and also persons liable for call-up and reservists during passing of charges bear responsibility";

Chapter 13-B to state 2) in the following edition:

"Chapter 13-B MILITARY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES

Article 172-10. REFUSAL OF ACCOMPLISHMENT of LEGAL REQUIREMENTS of the COMMANDER (CHIEF)

Refusal of accomplishment of legal requirements of the commander (chief)

attracts imposing of penalty from seventy to hundred forty five free minima income of citizens or arrest with content on guardroom for a period of up to seven days.

The act provided by part one of this Article, made in the conditions of the special period

attracts imposing of penalty from hundred forty five to two hundred eighty five free minima income of citizens or arrest with content on guardroom for a period of seven up to ten days.

Article 172-11. UNAUTHORIZED LEAVING of MILITARY UNIT OR DUTY STATION

Unauthorized leaving of military unit or the duty station by the serviceman of conscription service, and also absence it in time without valid excuse on service in case of dismissal from part, appointment or transfer, absence from business trip, leave or medical institution duration up to three days

involve arrest with content on guardroom for a period of up to five days.
