Part 1 of Article 24.5 to add 1) with Item 8.1 of the following content:

"8. 1) entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about liquidation of the legal entity concerning which proceeedings about administrative offense, based on the arbitration court ruling about completion of bankruptcy proceedings according to the insolvency law are conducted (bankruptcy);";

"Items 3, 8 and 9" shall be replaced with words 2) in part 12 of Article 27.13 of the word "Items 3, of 8, 8.1 and 9";

Article 31.7 to add 3) with Items 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:

"3. 1) entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about liquidation of the legal entity brought to the administrative responsibility based on the arbitration court ruling about completion of bankruptcy proceedings according to the insolvency law (bankruptcy);

3. 2) entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about exception of the legal entity brought to the administrative responsibility from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;".
