c) add with part chetvertoy.1 the following content:
"4.1. In case of need receipts of consent of the suspect accused on participation of the lawyer in criminal case before the introduction in criminal case to the lawyer the appointment to the suspect accused upon presentation of the certificate of the lawyer and the order is provided.";
d) the fifth to state part in the following edition:
