1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of January 30, 2002 No. 11/50 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by river, sea transport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2002 for No. 152/6440.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
