1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of July 30, 2002 No. 294 "About approval of the Instruction about consideration of requests and provision of permissions to production, storage, transportation, use, burial, destruction and utilization of toxic agents, including products of biotechnology and other biological agents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2002 at No. 781/7069 (with changes).

2. To department of ecological safety and authorization system (Girman Yu. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Sushko A. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
