According to Articles 207 and 211 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the customs clearance in temporary import regime (export) of goods on condition of guaranteeing observance of this mode is performed by customs authorities concerning goods, which:
are classified according to 1 - 24 UKTVED groups;
are assessed with the excise duty;
are assessed with export duty.
Guaranteeing observance of customs regime of temporary import on customs area of Ukraine of goods based on books (cornets) of A.T.A. it is performed according to provisions of the Convention on temporary import and Appendices A, B.1 - B.9 and D to it accepted on June 26, 1990 in Istanbul.
2. Approve the Procedure for decision making about the admission of goods to movement through customs border of Ukraine in temporary import regime (export) which is applied.
3. To the State Customs Service in a month:
approve the application form about the admission of goods to movement through customs border of Ukraine in temporary import regime (export);
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
