About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on procedure for forming of funds of development of regions" of November 10, 2014 No. 633

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of funds of development of regions, according to Article 34 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on procedure for forming of funds of development of regions" of November 10, 2014 No. 633 the following changes and amendments:

in preamble of the word and figures of "article 21-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Article 34 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic";

in Standard regulations on the procedure for forming of funds of development of regions approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Standard provision (further - the Provision) is developed according to the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments", "About non-profit organizations" and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and determines procedure for activities of fund of development of the region (further - Fund).";
