About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning features of voluntary consolidation of the territorial communities located in the territories of adjacent areas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, the Art. 27):

Article Item 7, Item "є" Articles 8, Article Item "to" 9, the Item "d" of Article 10 to exclude 1);

Part one of Article 13 to add 2) with the Item "e-1" of the following content:

"e-1) entering into the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of offers on establishment and change of borders of areas, cities";

Part one of Article 16 to add 3) with the Item "d-1" of the following content:

"d-1) entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on establishment and change of borders of areas, cities";

Part one of Article 17 to add 4) with Item "є-1" the following content:

"є - 1) entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on establishment and change of borders of areas, cities according to the procedure, determined by the law";

Shall be replaced with words 5) in part one of Article 174 of the word of "The Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev or Sevastopol city councils" "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, of Art. 190; 2004, No. 15, Art. 228; 2010, No. 10, Art. 107; 2014, 14, the Art. 248) to add No. with Item 12 of the following content:
