According to part one of Article 213 and part two of Article 215 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve applied:

the inventory which cannot be located in the mode of customs warehouse;

the list and procedure for carrying out transactions with goods which stay in the mode of customs warehouse.

2. To the State Customs Service to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
