"Article 7. Cancellation of the rent for use of the state-owned and utility property and concessionary payment for the right to creation (construction) and/or management (operation) of the state-owned and utility property
Cancel the rent for use of the state-owned and utility property and concessionary payment for the right to creation (construction) and/or management (operation) of the state-owned and utility property to the subjects of managing located in settlements according to the lists provided by part four of article 4 of this Law".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
