1. Determine that the mode of reimport can be applied to:
to goods which condition changed owing to accident or action of force majeure circumstances, on condition of confirmation of the fact of accident or action of force majeure circumstances in the procedure established by the Ministry of Finance;
goods concerning which operations on pre-sale preparation were performed (protection against corrosion, pest control, sorting, packaging, marking, testing) or which were subject to small repair provided that such actions did not change them to the cost determined at the time of export (export), and codes according to UKTVED.
2. To the State Customs Service to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
