About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of mid-term budgetary planning

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to add with Item 44 following of content:

"44. Determine that in 2017 for the purpose of implementation of actions for implementation of mid-term budgetary planning as exception of provisions of the paragraph of the ninth of part one of Article 21, parts one and third Article 33 of this Code and parts one of Article 152 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. No. 14-17, 133):

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine together with other central executive bodies develops and till June 1, 2017 submits for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the specified forecast of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2018 and 2019 and the project of the Main directions of budget policy for 2018-2020 which are considered and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two weeks from the date of their representation;

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submits no later than June 15, 2017 the project of the Main directions of budget policy for 2018-2020 to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
