For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

The resolution to add 1) with Item 1-2 of the following content:

"1-2. Since April 1, 2017 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed in the amount of % 6,8, proceeding from the annual growth of consumer price index for previous year, and after indexation constitutes 961 leu";

Item 19 of the Provision to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed annually on April 1. The coefficient of indexation makes the annual growth of consumer price index for the previous year determined according to the procedure, established by the Government. If when calculating the part expressed in baths turns out, this part is rounded to the whole part expressed in lei in growth".

2. Provisions of this resolution become effective on April 1, 2017.
