1. Bring in the Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the application and the documents which are the basis for recognition of action of exclusive right in the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of Federal Service for Intellectual Property of October 13, 2014 No. 159 (The Russian newspaper, 2014, on December 22; registration No. 34791), the following changes is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 20, 2014:
a) in item 4 of the word "January 1, 2015." shall be replaced with words "on July 1, 2016";
b) state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. In the Statement recognition of action of the exclusive rights certified by one official document of Ukraine can be asked.";
