Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About warlike situation" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 4, the Art. 371) the following change:
in the name and in all text of Article 12 of the word "Council of Defense" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Security Council" in the corresponding cases.
Article 2. This constitutional Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
