About procedure for registration of permissions for entry into Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Determine that during the period before formation of service concerning immigration control:
to foreigners and stateless persons which drive to Ukraine on official business by the invitation of state bodies and also by the invitation of physical persons and legal entities, permission for entry into Ukraine for up to 5 days according to the separate written decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can be in exceptional cases drawn up at the State international airport "Boryspil";
to citizens of member countries of the European Union, Canada, the United States of America, the Republic of Turkey, the Swiss Confederation and Japan who drive to Ukraine for the purpose of tourism the entry visa to Ukraine for up to 14 days in the presence of documents which confirm tourist nature of trip can be drawn up at the State international airport "Boryspil", the international airports "Simferopol", "Odessa", "Donetsk", the Odessa sea trade port.
Procedure for registration for entry into Ukraine and its sample affirm the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, Administration of the State Border Service and Security service as the State international airport "Boryspil", the international airports "Simferopol", "Odessa", "Donetsk", the Odessa sea trade port of permission.
Documents based on which the specified permission is drawn up are stored separately in management of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
