About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in coordination with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to bring into 3-month time methodical instructions for calculation of regulated prices (rates) in the field of heat supply and methodical instructions for calculation of regulated rates in the field of water supply and the water disposals approved by Federal Tariff Service in compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose from the concessionary agreements signed after January 1, 2017.
