About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2015 No. 152

1. 1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for issue of permissions to special water use, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of their action and issue of duplicates approved by this resolution:

in item 4 of the word "to individual entrepreneurs (further - water users)" shall be replaced with words "to citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (further if other is not provided, - water users),";

to "water user" to add Item 5 part one after the word with words "(according to its decision)";

in Item 7:
