About modification of the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission
Due to the acceptance of new edition of the single Commodity nomenclature of the foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union based on the 6th edition of the Harmonized commodity description and coding system of World Customs Organization and according to article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Supreme Eurasian economic council solved:
1. Bring in the list of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 16, the following changes:
a) exclude line items according to appendix No. 1;
b) include line items according to appendix No. 2.
2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
