About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 3, the Art. 31) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "800.026.255,"" and "60.318.918,5" to replace with figures "800.126.255,8" and "60.418.918,5";

in paragraph six of figure "77.547.000" and "15.208.854,"" to replace with figures "77.647.000" and "15.308.854,9";

To replace 2) in article 5 of figure "1.716.630.217,1" with figures "1.716.730.217,1";

Article 28 to add 3) with part two of the following content:

"The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for preparation of offers on distribution of such subvention (including offers on objects and actions which can be provided at the expense of this subvention) forms the commission which part members of the committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the budget for the decision of this committee are (number at least 50 percent of structure of such commission)";

4) to make changes to appendices No. 2, No. 3 and No. 9 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017" according to appendices No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
