For the purpose of realization of powers of local government bodies in the field of tax legal relationship, according to articles 52-1 and 112 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Temporary method of calculation of amount of the transfers provided to local budgets from the republican budget for implementation of the separate delegated state powers" of December 19, 2014 No. 715 the following amendments:

in the List of the state bodies and powers delegated by them to local government bodies:

- in Item 5 of the column "The Nomenclature of the Delegated Powers":

add with paragraphs the first or sixth the following content:

"Implementation of taxation, provided by Sections XIII and XIV, Chapters 53 and 54 of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Carrying out tax control according to items 4 and 5 parts 2 of article 93 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, if other not stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 of article 52-1 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The requirement of elimination of the revealed violations of the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and control of accomplishment of the specified requirements,

Receipt of information from bodies of the Tax Service and other state bodies connected with the taxation objects and calculation of the tax liabilities on the taxes provided by Sections XIII and XIV of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Obtaining from the taxpayer of copies of documents during implementation of tax control according to the procedure, determined by the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
