About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2005 No. 68 "About carrying out republican tender on the best arrangement and content of places of mass rest in borders of the water protection zones of water objects" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 26, 8/13844; 2008, No. 136, 8/18902):
1.1.1. in the name, Items 1 and 2 of the word of "mass rest in borders of the water protection zones of water objects" shall be replaced with words "uses of superficial water objects for recreation, sport and tourism";
1.1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out republican tender on the best arrangement and content of places of mass rest in borders of the water protection zones of water objects approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word of "mass rest in borders of the water protection zones of water objects" shall be replaced with words "uses of superficial water objects for recreation, sport and tourism";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines conditions, terms and procedure for carrying out republican tender on the best arrangement and content of places of use of superficial water objects for recreation, sport and tourism (further - republican tender).";
