According to powers, certain items 3 of the Regulations on the State committee of archives of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 22, 2000 N 486/2000, and item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 3, 1999 N 357/99, we ORDER:
1. Abolish the order of the Head archive department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of N36/113 ode of September 23, 1996.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for reclamation of documents of social and legal nature for citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons which is applied.
