About modification and amendments in some orders

For ensuring proper tax administration and for the purpose of execution of the Law No. 281 of December 16, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (it is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, 947) I ORDER to Art. No. 472-477,:

1. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 105 of July 28, 2016 about approval of some forms concerning change of repayment period of the tax liability by delay or payment by installments (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 247-255, 1250) to make the following changes and additions:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word of "The main state tax authorities" State Tax Administration;

2) in appendix No. 1 of the word "Body of the State Tax Administration" shall be replaced with words "Division of the State Tax Administration" and in all text of the word "Tax authority", "tax authority" shall be replaced with words State Tax Administration in the corresponding case;

3) in appendix No. 2 of the word "Body of the State Tax Administration" shall be replaced with words "Division of the State Tax Administration", and" (the name of tax authority)" to exclude words.

2. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Agriculture and food industry No. 122 of October 29, 2012 and No. 163 of October 19, 2012 about approval of the Register of the arrested agricultural products (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 237-241, 1385) to make the following changes and additions:

To "territorial state tax authorities" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the word to "divisions of the State Tax Service";

2) in the Register of the arrested agricultural products in appendix of the word "Tax authority" shall be replaced with words "Divisions of the State Tax Service".

3. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since April 1, 2017.
