Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2013, No. 9, Art. 343; 2014, No. 74, Art. 2104; 2016, No. 9, Art. 415, No. 18, Art. 721, No. 21, Art. 829, No. 65, Art. 2192; 2017, No. 12, the Art. 340), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. §33 to add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of creation of government commission on investigation of origins of emergency situation, and also on the questions connected with implementation by the Cabinet of Ministers of powers of the subject of management or general meeting of the subject of managing of public sector of economy on creation, the organization of activities and liquidation of the supervisory board and executive body, election and the termination of powers of members of the supervisory board and the chairman and members of executive body is not subject to obligatory approval of all bodies interested in them, and also the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development.".

2. Third §38 after words of "liquidation of their effects" to add the paragraph with words "(except drafts of acts of creation of government commissions on investigation of origins of emergency situations)".
