About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 281 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1195), changes which are applied.

1. Add item 4 with subitems 12-1 - 12-5 following contents:
"12-1) provides, will organize and coordinates activities of departments of economic problems as a part of diplomatic representations of Ukraine abroad;
12-2) promotes promotion of domestic production on the foreign market, to search of potential partners for the Ukrainian subjects of foreign economic activity, to carrying out in Ukraine and abroad the relevant activities;
12-3) carries out monitoring of situation in the world financial markets and accepts within the powers provided by the law, participation in accomplishment of programs of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial institutions;
12-4) promotes development international educational and sci-tech cooperation of Ukraine, cooperation in high-tech industries, transfer of technologies, protection of intellectual property rights;
12-5) promotes attraction of the help from foreign states and the international organizations;".
2. In the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude.
3. In Item 11:
To exclude 1) in subitem 5 of the word "in the device";
2) in subitem 10 of the word "rank of the government employee to the deputy minister to the chief of staff" shall be replaced with words "diplomatic rank to the state secretary the MFA";
