About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 9, 2007
Article 1. "About service in bodies of homeland security" of April 11, 2003 (further – the Law) to add part 3 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-532 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) at the same time is citizen of other state.".
Article 2. To state Item 3 of part 1 of article 47 of the Law in the following edition:
"3) in case of the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, and also acquisition of nationality of other state along with citizenship of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
