About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"

Article 1. In article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-532 "About service in bodies of homeland security" of April 11, 2003 (further – the Law):

Words of part 1 "the last three years" shall be replaced with words 1) "at least 3 years";

Words of part 2 "the last three years" shall be replaced with words 2) "at least 3 years";

Part 6.1 to state 3) in the following edition:

"6.1. In case of vacant position in the state authorized body, government employees of armed forces, polices, services of forced execution of court resolutions, bodies of criminal and executive service and the Ministry of Justice, prosecutors, and also the former employees of bodies of homeland security appointed to positions in other state bodies by the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia who meet requirements imposed to employees of bodies of homeland security for appointment to this position can be appointed to service.";

To add 4) with part 6.2 following of content:

"6.2. Compliance of the positions of state bodies provided by part 6.1 of this Article and service of homeland security establishes the Government.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
