About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"

Article 1. "About service in bodies of homeland security" of April 11, 2003 (further – the Law) to remove offers from part 7 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-532 2, 3 and 4.

Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 22 of the Law the word "remain" it is replaced with the word "remains", and the words "monthly cash allowance and other additional fares" – the words "official rate".

Article 3. In article 26 of the Law:

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

Article 5. Article 31 of the Law to state in the following edition:

"Article 31. Compensation of the employee in bodies of homeland security

1. Each employee of bodies of homeland security (in established by this Law cases also being at the disposal of personnel) has the right to compensation.
