Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2909; 2015, No. 9, Art. 1324; No. 20, Art. 2924; No. 44, Art. 6132; No. 46, Art. 6394; 2016, No. 26, Art. 4067; No. 49, Art. 6928; 2017, No. 11, Art. 1558).

The offer second of the paragraph of the fourteenth Item 119 to add with words ", or concerning the generating object relating to the type of the generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources, provided by the subitem 3 of Item 195 of these rules which is selected by results of the competitive selection of investment projects which is carried out not later January 1, 2017 on construction of the generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources. The specified right to delay of the beginning of delivery of capacity arises only on condition of accomplishment by the supplier of capacity of the requirements provided by the Treaty of Accession to trade system of the wholesale market.".
