About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-532 "About service in bodies of homeland security" of April 11, 2003 (further – the Law):

The title after the word "groups" to add 1) with the words "and the list of positions of the serving bodies of homeland security";

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The list of the main positions entering into separate groups of positions of the serving bodies of homeland security, and also positions balanced to them is established by the President of the Republic of Armenia, on government proposal of the Republic of Armenia.";

To add 3) with part 4 following of content:

"4. Compliance between the main positions of military service in systems of republican executive bodies of defense, homeland security, police, criminal and executive and rescue services, is established by the President of the Republic of Armenia, on government proposal of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
