About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-532 "About service in bodies of homeland security" of April 11, 2003 (further – the Law) the words "received draft deferment on obligatory military service in connection with marital status in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words "the parts of 1 Article specified in the Items, "d" 12, to article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About conscription" and exempted from obligatory military service or received draft deferment on obligatory military service".

Article 2. In article 16 of the Law:

1) after words of part 1 "lieutenant general" to deliver comma, to remove number "60" from the same part;

Article 3. To add part 6.1 of article 19 of the Law after words of "bodies of service" with words ", the Investigative Committee, special investigative service", and "the former employees of bodies of homeland security appointed to positions in other state bodies by the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words words of the same part "reserve officers of bodies of homeland security,".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
