About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 223 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):
1) in Item 1 to exclude figure "206-8";
Article to add 2) with item 4 of the following content,
"4) in case, stipulated in Article 206-8, - according to the action for declaration of the Defender of human rights.".
Article 2. In article 206-8 of the Code of the word "in twentyfold size" shall be replaced with words "in hundredfold size".
Article 3. To declare Item 10 of article 254 of the Code invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
