About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments"

Article 1. Chapter 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 12, 2013 as ZR-154-N "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. In part 5 of article 6 of the Law of the word of "neediness degree assessment" shall be replaced with words "social assessment".

Article 3. In parts of 1 Articles 13, 16 and 22 Laws of the word of "providing families" shall be replaced with words "social … families".

Article 4. To add article 13 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Other conditions granting the right to family allowance can be established by the government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 5. To add part 1 of article 15 of the Law with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. In case of elimination of other conditions granting the right to the family allowance established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".

Article 6. To add article 16 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The government of the Republic of Armenia can establish other conditions granting the right to social benefit.".

Article 7. To add part 1 of article 17 of the Law with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) in case of elimination of other conditions granting the right to the social benefit established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".

Article 8. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018. Before reduction of the legal acts containing rules of law on public welfare payment in compliance to this Law they are applied so far as do not contradict this Law.
