About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions" of December 12, 2013, ZR-157-N (further - the Law):

1) Article to add with part 3.1 following of content,

"3.1. The allowance for the class rank is issued to government employees of the device of the Defender of human rights according to the procedure, established by part 3 of this Article.";

2) in part 5 to exclude words to "the government employee of the Device of the Defender of human rights".

Article 2. To add the table of Appendix of 1 Law after the line "Deputy Minister of RA" with new line of the following content:
