Make the following changes to the "Rules of implementation of the state construction supervision" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 17, 2014 No. 349 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 11, Article 1389; 2016, No. 11, Article 1803):
1. in Item 2.3 of the word "within 3 (three) months … to architectural planning Section of the construction project" shall be replaced with words "in time, established by 80.4 article of the Code only to the architectural and planning Sections consisting of plans of cellars, floors, roofs, cuts and facades of the project of construction objects and the master plan of the construction site".
2. in Item 2.5 of the word "only concerning construction according to the architectural and planning Section of the project of structure" shall be replaced with words "for their construction only to the architectural and planning Sections consisting of plans of cellars, floors, roofs, cuts and facades of the construction project and the master plan of the construction site".
3. in Item 2.10 of the word of "apartment house" shall be replaced with words "construction objects".
