For the purpose of accomplishment of item 6.1.3 of the Action plan according to the solution of some problems in the field of drugs and pharmaceutical activities for 2016 approved by the Order of the Government No. 29-r of March 10, 2016 with subsequent changes and amendments, and also according to Item 9 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health approved by the Order of the Government No. 397 of May 31, 2011. I order:

1. In the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 1400 of December 9, 2014 "About approval of rules of proper distributor practice (GDP) of medicines for the person" (M.O. PM, 2015, No. 1-10, of the Art. 7), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To add 1) after item 4 with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system:

1) will not give assessment procedure and accreditations to the economic agents who are importers, distributors of drugs to the companies which have the Certificate on compliance to Rules of proper distributor practice of drugs (GDP) for the person;

To bring 2) into accord with this order the departmental regulations.".

2. The order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Mrs. Liliana Jaschan, the deputy minister.
