About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on road fund No. 720/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 753), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article 1:

"(2-1) Procedure for distribution according to expenditure items of fund to national highways public annually affirm the Government.

(2-2) Procedure for distribution according to expenditure items of fund to local highways public annually affirm local authorities of the public power of the second level.".

2. In Article 2:

Item b) parts (to state 1) in the following edition:

"b) 50 percent of total amount of the collection for use of highways of the cars registered in the Republic of Moldova collected at the national level and other road charges levied according to the tax legislation;";

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Means provided by parts (1) and (2), the Ministries of Finance accumulated on the single treasurer account, monthly are transfered to account body of administration of national roads and respectively into accounts of local authorities of the public power of the second level.".
